Overview

Pole Testing

We perform a wide range of tests on our poles (PSCC and SPUN) to ensure their quality and performance under real-world conditions:

Pole Testing

Load-Bearing Capacity Test:

To verify the strength of our poles, we subject them to load tests to ensure that they can bear the weight of the equipment they will support, such as electrical lines, street lights, or telecommunications gear.

Flexural Strength Test:

This test measures the pole's ability to withstand bending forces, ensuring the poles can resist stress and prevent breakage under pressure.

Impact Resistance Test:

We assess the impact resistance of our poles to ensure that they remain undamaged when subjected to sudden, forceful impacts or accidental collisions.

Durability & Weathering Tests:

Our poles are tested for their resistance to environmental factors such as wind, rain, humidity, and extreme temperatures, ensuring they perform reliably in harsh weather conditions.

Visual Inspection:

Each pole undergoes a detailed visual inspection for cracks, surface defects, or other imperfections before they are deemed suitable for use.
